Jeffrey Lentz, Owner & CEO
I'm a franchise marketing executive, consultant, and business owner with 20 years of franchise marketing experience across retail, quick-service restaurant, financial business services, and automotive industries. I've held marketing leadership roles across several franchise organizations including Big O Tires, Lendio, Batteries Plus Bulbs, Cousins Subs, and Subway with a focus on franchise development, consumer, b2b, product, field, CRM and local store marketing. During my 10 years at national retailer Batteries Plus Bulbs, I led franchise development marketing efforts over a period of rapid growth that saw the company open 250 retail stores in 5 years while also managing marketing vendor programs. While at Lendio, I was the sole marketing executive in charge of building our franchise development marketing plan, direct marketing and partner marketing strategies, and all vendor marketing support programs from the ground up to help launch our franchise start-up and support 30 franchisees.
I've made multiple appearances on national TV show Fox & Friends and am a contributor to industry trade publications and online media outlets including QSR Magazine, Street Fight, and Total Retail. I hold a B.A. Degree in Broadcast & Electronic Communications and Marketing from Marquette University. I also have several additional marketing certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, and HubSpot Academy certifications in email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and inbound marketing.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and 2 dogs, hiking, playing guitar, songwriting, football (Go Pack Go!), historial documentaries, volunteering, and continuing to learn.
