Being an Advocate for Franchisors & Franchisees Alike
Throughout my franchising career when working for franchisors, one of the most rewarding aspects of my work involves building relationships and collaborating with franchisees. It's the main reason I'm still involved with working at franchise brands to this day and what inspired me to start Elevated Franchise Marketing Consulting. I truly believe in the power of collaboration and the saying that "None of us is as smart as all of us". My joint work with franchisors and franchisees includes presenting to and working with members of Franchise Advisory Councils (FAC), National Marketing Fund Councils (NMFC) or National Advertising Fund Councils (NAFC). In my experience attending meetings where franchise vendors or franchise consultants are present, franchisees come away impressed that the franchisor is actively seeking solutions and outside perspectives in an attempt to remedy some of the brand's most pressing marketing challenges.
As part of my consulting services, I am willing to travel and participate or present at FAC and NMF/NAF meetings, regional co-op meetings and annual franchise conferences or conventions. I can play a role to meet the franchisor's needs whether that's being an advocate for a new marketing initiative or program to help gain franchisee buy-in, or helping win over your staunchest franchisee critics. I can also help lead an educational roundtable or breakout session to promote specific franchise-backed marketing best practices and create a positive impact on your franchisees that are in attendance.
